Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States. We're working on getting Mochi Mail available worldwide (thanks for being patient!).

When will my order ship?

Your Mochi Mail Club letter ships every month on the 15th.

Will I be charged automatically?

Monthly memberships will be charged each month (recurring on the same day of the month as the initial purchase).

For annual memberships, this will renew each year on the same date as the initial purchase.

How do I update my shipping and payment information?

You can easily do this in your portal here. Here you can cancel or pause your subscription and update your shipping address and payment info.

What if I didn't receive my Mochi Mail?

Please let us know! We’ll confirm your address and ship you a new copy. Or, we’re happy to issue you a refund if you prefer.

If you're shipping outside of the US, poems can take 2-5 weeks to arrive, if you haven’t received your poem within a month let us know and we will get a new copy on the way!

If poems are returned more than 3 times without subscriber contact, your membership will be cancelled.

Any Mochi Mail that fails to be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address will be charged an additional $1.50 USD (United States) or $2 USD (International) to be redelivered.
