Cancellation Policy

01. All Products
All purchases from mochibuns.co are final. There are no refunds or cancellations on any products once the purchase is made.

02. Mochi Mail Club, Memberships (Subscriptions) 
When you purchase a Mochi Mail Club membership/subscription you'll receive a monthly delivery of mail. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select (pay-per-month, pay-annually). 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries (monthly or annually, depending on and according to the plan selected). 
Mochi Mail Club memberships/subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. Gifted 3-Month or 6-Month Mochi Mail Club membership/subscriptions are a one time purchase. The recipient will receive the Mochi Mail Club for the set number of months selected.

If you want to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time.

Any Mochi Mail that fails to be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address will be charged an additional $1.50 USD (United States) or $2 USD (International) to be redelivered.

02. Keycaps
Keycaps are made-to-order. Due to this nature, they will ship within 14 business days of the initial order date. This does not include shipping time, which will be in addition to this. By purchasing a keycap, you are agreeing to this timeline and understand that there is no rush shipping or timeline available.
